位(wei)(wei)置傳感器Position Sensor的(de)測(ce)量原理是:定(ding)制型稀土(tu)磁(ci)(ci)體通(tong)過空間(jian)被細分的(de)柵片(pian)狀的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)區,無接觸地對位(wei)(wei)置測(ce)量裝置產(chan)生作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。磁(ci)(ci)場的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)區能(neng)細分為10μm厚薄的(de)有(you)相當寬度(du)的(de)柵片(pian)狀空間(jian),“空間(jian)柵片(pian)”有(you)非(fei)常固定(ding)的(de)編(bian)號,在(zai)失電投電不斷轉(zhuan)換(huan)的(de)過程中,或在(zai)稀土(tu)磁(ci)(ci)體離開又回到作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)區時(shi),均能(neng)正確地反映探測(ce)的(de)位(wei)(wei)置或角(jiao)度(du),真(zhen)正做(zuo)到了“絕對編(bian)碼”。
